Nepal's health sector laws, rules, strategies, and programmes have given special importance to Gender Equality and Social Inclusion (GESI). This document outlines the strategy for for fulfilling the health goals of the NPC's Three Year Interim Plan, and programmatic contributions to the Millennium Development Goals put forth by the United Nations.

Bottleneck Study for Timely Disbursement of Funds (January 2008)
This study examines problems with financial accountability within the public health system, and makes recommendations for improving key areas within the Ministry of Health and Population (MoHP). It aims to enhance the MoHP’s capability to implement programs efficiently and effectively through timely channeling of resources by identifying “bottlenecks” or delays, internal and external, that constrain timely release of funds to approved programs.
Rapid Costing of Delivery and Emergency Obstetric Health (November 2007)
